“Business Architecture is a multidisciplinary craft.“ H. Aloko
HARON ALOKO
I work independently with companies and decision-makers on matters where clarity, timing, and discretion matter. I stay directly involved in every engagement and carry full responsibility from start to finish.
My background comes from diplomacy, international politics, and strategic communication. I’ve worked in Washington, D.C. and Berlin in senior political and advisory environments, including service as a Congressional Liaison, advisory work connected to the World Bank, and leadership roles within the World Trade Center network. I also served as a trustee and close collaborator to Don Ritter, founder and CEO of the Afghan-American Chamber of Commerce. These experiences shaped how I work today: precise, measured, and outcome-focused.
Perspective
People describe me as calm and focused in complex situations. I help bring clarity, keep decisions moving, and work across cultures and structures in a practical, grounded way. I take responsibility seriously and focus on results.
From Diplomacy to Strategic Advisory
I began my career in diplomatic and governmental settings, working directly with political institutions and decision-makers in the United States and Europe. I later moved into international trade, advisory, and crisis-related work, including high-pressure coordination across borders.
Alongside this, I trained in creative writing, procurement, and business development under Lisa McQuail, whose mission-driven approach sharpened my ability to communicate clearly and act with intent. Over time, this evolved naturally into independent strategic advisory work.
The approach hasn’t changed: understand the situation, reduce complexity, and act deliberately. No noise. No theatrics. Just decisions that hold up.
